Из  восьми видов  дрожжей выделены  Hanseniaspora uvarum,  Rhodotorula  minuta,  Saccharomyces cerevisiae, которые обозначены как  пищевой преферендум для  P. ostreatus.  С использованием этих  видов  проведено культивирование вешенки на  подсолнечной лузге;  в присутствии суспензии H. uvarum   и  S. cerevisiae  получен  урожай плодовых тел  на  52,8—75,7% больше, чем  при  выращивании вешенки без  добавления дрожжей.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Co-cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus with eight yeast species were investigated on water agar.Special mycelial structures to contact with yeast cells were found in such cultures: nipple-likeappendages and coralloid hyphae. Three out of eight species, Hanseniaspora uvarum, Rhodotorulaminuta, and Saccharomyces cerevisiae were identified as trophic preferendum for P. ostreatus. These three yeast species were used for mushroom cultivation on sunflower seed’s peel.
