Созданы программы для про­ведения статистического анализа замен нуклеотидов в кодирующих областях генов, которые были апробированы на большой выборке штаммов вируса гриппа типа А. Внутренние белки вириона оказались эволюционно стабильными, тогда как поверхностные антигены, а также неструктурный белок NS1 — высоковариабельными. Анализ выборки последова­тельностей матриксного белка М1 показал, что N-домен является крайне консервативным, а М- и С-домены — более изменчивыми. Предсказание внутренней неупорядоченности в пространственной структуре белка М1 по алгоритму DISOPRED выявило высокую структурную пластичность в С-домене.</p><p> </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Influenza virus is one of human pathogens, responsible for several pandemics with high death rate. For statistical analysis of coding regions of genes from extensive sample of Influenza A viruses two programs were written. While inner viral proteins appeared to be evolutionary stable, surface antigens and non structural protein NS1 are highly variable. Using written programs to predict evolutionary variable regions inside M1 protein sequence it was shown that N-domain is the most conservative one while M- and C-domains are more variable.
