Детально описаны специфические ямки на клеточной стенке (скробикулы), характерные для некоторых десмидиевых водорослей. На основе особенностей строения, размеров и распределения их по поверхности клетки скробикулы разделены на четыре группы: крупные двухуровневые с большим числом пор, сгруппированные вокруг поры, мелкие беспоровые и округлые однопоровые. Показано, что первые три типа скробикул характерны только для рода Euastrum и могут служить дополнительным критерием этого рода.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Cell wall ornamentation of 66 species of the genus Euastrum Ralfs was studied by scanning electron microscopy. Particular for desmids depressions of cell wall (scrobicules) were described. Scrobicules were divided in four groups on the basis of morphology, size and distribution: large with two layers and some pores, grouped around a pore, small without pore and round with a pore.
