Выраженность отмеченных нарушений поведения зависит от половой принадлежности животных, что необходимо учитывать при проведении экспериментальных исследований на модели расстройств аутистического спектра.</p>
<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Both male and female Wistar rats with experimental model of autism spectrum disorders induced by prenatal administration of valproate sodium at a dose of 500 mg/kg have behavioral abnormalities similar for people with these disorders, including abnormalities of social interaction, locomotor, orientation and exploratory behaviour, coordination of movement, spatial exploration behavior and hyperactivity in previously explored “familiar” environments. The severity of behavioral abnormalities in rats with fetal valproate syndrome exhibits sex differences, which must be taken into account when conducting experimental studies on this model.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>расстройство аутистического спектра</kwd><kwd>половые различия</kwd><kwd>фетальный вальпроатный синдром</kwd><kwd>социальное взаимодействие</kwd><kwd>тревожность</kwd><kwd>крысы линии Вистар</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>autism spectrum disorders</kwd><kwd>sex differences</kwd><kwd>fetal valproate syndrome</kwd><kwd>social interaction</kwd><kwd>anxiety</kwd><kwd>Wistar rats</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><funding-statement xml:lang="ru">Работа выполнена в рамках Государственного задания по теме № 0521-2019-0007.</funding-statement></funding-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Lai M.-C., Lombardo M.V., Pasco G., Ruigrok A.N.V., Wheelwright S.J., Sadek S.A., Chakrabarti B., MRC AIMS Consortium, Baron-Cohen S.
