Drosophila melanogaster как интегративная модель симбиогенетики: стресс-адаптация, нейрофизиология и межвидовой перенос микробиоты

Аннотация

Плодовая мушка Drosophila melanogaster, являясь классическим модельным объектом генетики, в последние десятилетия успешно используется в симбиогенетике для изучения взаимодействий между хозяином и его кишечной микробиотой. Симбионты дрозофилы играют огромную роль в адаптации хозяина к стрессовым факторам: ксенобиотикам, солям тяжелых металлов, окислителям и тепловому шоку. Состав микробиоты варьирует в зависимости от природной популяции, пищевой специализации, пола и внешних условий. В настоящее время активно исследуются молекулярные механизмы, посредством которых бактерии модулируют нейрофизиологию и поведение дрозофилы – агрессию, память, сон, двигательную активность и пищевые предпочтения. Выявлены стадии онтогенеза, на которых присутствие симбионтов критически определяет поведенческие фенотипы взрослых мух. Изучены феномены межвидового переноса микробиоты (включая перенос от человека) и разнонаправленное влияние бактерий на продолжительность жизни. Таким образом, D. melanogaster представляет собой удобную модель для изучения молекулярных основ симбиоза и старения с потенциалом для доклинического скрининга пробиотических стратегий
