МИТОХОНДРИАЛЬНАЯ СЕТЬ СКЕЛЕТНЫХ МЫШЕЧНЫХ ВОЛОКОН

Аннотация

Высокая морфофункциональная специализация мышечных волокон требует уникальной пространственной организации их митохондриальной сети. Морфология митохондрий в значительной степени определяется процессами слияния и деления этих органелл. В обзоре обобщены современные представления о механизмах митохондриальной динамики и структурных особенностях митохондриальной сети в поперечно-полосатых мышечных тканях. Обсуждается также роль митохондрий и их динамики в физиологии мышечных волокон.
