Abstract

Unter supervision there was a group of workers of one of the aviation enterprises of Moscow. All they had a metabolic syndrome (MS). Patients with MS had disturbanses of lipid and carbohydrate metabolism, function of systems of hemostasis and fibrinolysis and conditional of local immunitat. Blood examples were investigated before and two month after of using eicozym-10 at 2,7 g daitly. Eicozym-Q is the complex of polyunsaturated fatty acids, coenzyme Q10 and vitamin E. As a result of treatment many parameters of stadied systems of organism and general state of health of patients have considerably improved.

Abstract

Investigated changes of ability to bind oxygen a haemoglobin at separate and joint action of the special device “nanointegrator”, which will consist from low power laser radiance (LPLR, 655nm) and variable magnetic field (VMF) on blood (erythrocytes of blood, a blood plasma) at the presence of low-molecular proteins (LMP). It is established, that action LPLR and VMF stimulates reset of oxygen on 50%, and at erythrocytes incubation with LMP reset of oxygen grows on 80—100%. It is revealed, that at action LPLR decrease of activity of an enzyme of superoxide dismutase of blood on 60% is observed, and action VMF — activated an enzyme on 40%. Joint action LPLR and VMF on blood all over again resulted in augmentation of activity, and in 30 minutes — reduced activity superoxide dismutase. It is established, that action LPLR and VMF not only changes the antioxidative status of blood, but also promotes reset of oxygen by erythrocytes. The effect of influence of radiance on blood strengthens for the account nanomolecular changes of LMP structure which insinuating in a cell stimulate reset of oxygen.

Abstract

Ability of saprotrophic Pseudomonas fluorescens 32 gfp and two enteropathogenic Salmonella enterica var. Typhimurium MAE 110 gfp and Escherichia coli O157:H7 bacteria to passage through gastroenteric path (GEP) of birds (domestic hens), dynamics of a survival of these bacteria in excrement of hens and in water after moving to one was traced.

Abstract

By method of luminescent microscopy epiphytic microbial community of Fucus sp. — sea macrophyts collected in the littoral zone of White Sea was investigated. Abundant colonization of a surface of the macrophyts by various bacteria, yeast and microscopic alga was revealed. With use of fukuses thallus fragments enrichment culture of microorganisms — active oxidizers of oil and its derivatives was obtain. In macrocosm experiments on a biological research station of MSU at the conditions imitate the natural high oxidizing ability of selected cultures of epiphytic microbial community was demonstrated. The rate of oil utilization depends on its concentration and amount of epiphytic microbial community biomass used for this process.

Abstract

The direct quantitation of volumetric parameters of early mammal embryo was designed. The sample technique was based on embryo cryfixation followed by laser scanning microscopy. 3 D reconstruction of embryo compartments was performed with standard graphic software . Approaches of developed technique were demonstrated on isolated 2-cell mouse embryo.

Abstract

The possibility to use the fluorescence parameters for determination of the concentration changes algae in media studying the filtration feeding of Daphnia magna has been investigated. On the basis of experiments studying the influence of different toxic substances on Daphnia magna feeding behaviour a sensitive toxicological express test has been proposed.

Abstract

The ecotoxicological investigations of resistance of various phytoplankton communities were performed in the Southern Baltic during summer and winter. During these experiments, changes of primary production rate in the presence of different Cu concentrations were measured. The results of the studies revealed an enhancement of the toxic effect with increasing total biomass and productivity in phytocenosis. Total algae biomass on the most stations was increased due to the dinoflagellate growth. On the station near the Gdansk Bay both the portion of the dinoflagellate in phytocenosis and the relative toxic effect were decreased against the background of high total algae biomass. It is suggested that the phytoplankton sensitivity to copper is concerned with the dinoflagellate abundance.

Abstract

The review of the vibrating communications in suborder Caelifera is made. The vibrating liaison channel is found at three superfamily Tetrigoidea, Eumastacoidea and Acridoidea. Presence vibrocommunication at Pyrgomorphoidea and Tridactyloidea is supposed. In superfamily Pneumoroidea, Tanaoceroidea and Trigonopterygoidea data about vibration are not known.

Abstract

According to the research carried out, acrotony is characteristic of the sort Nemchinovsky 846, and bazitony is usual of the sorts with reduced branching. What concerns the sort Nemchinovsky 846, its axillary buds and shoots unfolded from them outnumber axillary buds and shoots of the sort Ladny twice and of the sort Dikaf 14 — 1,5 times. The realization of buds in shoots depends both on their location in the shoot system and on weather conditions.
